Jewellery Quality & Craftsmanship Jewellery sold on the Website is crafted with the highest quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship. We take pride in our attention to detail, ensuring each piece is handmade with care. Many of our designs are one-of-a-kind, and any resemblance to other designs is purely coincidental. The Firm respects copyright laws and ensures all creations are original.

The Firm reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without any obligation or prior notice, to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy for any reason. The Firm may also suspend or deny access to the Website, or any part of it, at any time. We are not required to provide you with any updates or notifications regarding changes to these Terms, so we encourage you to review them regularly. By continuing to use the Website, you accept any changes or updates and explicitly renew your consent to the revised Terms. Product Availability

There may be instances where a product ordered by a User or Registered User is unavailable or out of stock at the time of or after the order is placed. This could occur before we have had the opportunity to update the Website. In such cases, we will reach out to you directly to discuss alternative options.

Pricing of Product

The data displayed on the Website, including prices, may occasionally be inaccurate due to system errors. The Firm reserves the right to correct any such errors as they occur. However, we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Please note that prices on the Website are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All prices listed on the Website are fixed and non-negotiable. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Diamond prices may vary between categories, depending on the size and quality of the uncut diamond used in each piece of jewellery. Economic factors, such as market supply and demand for uncut diamonds, can also influence the price. As a result, the prices listed on the Website may differ significantly from the actual retail market prices, either higher or lower.

Orders

To purchase products on the Website, simply add them to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and complete the payment process. Please note that orders are considered complete only once the payment has been successfully received by the Firm.

Variance in Weight

The gold weight listed on the Website for any product may vary slightly. In accordance with industry standards, the Firm notes that the total carat weight of any purchase may differ by up to 0.5 carats from the stated weight. The measurements provided for our products are based on our manufacturing specifications, and slight tolerances may occur due to finishing during production.

Please note that the price charged for gold is based on the net gold weight of each item, not the overall gross weight, except for any allowed variances. Additionally, as gemstones are natural materials, each stone may vary in color, cut, size, and shape, contributing to the unique nature of each piece.

For diamond jewellery set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. The color and clarity grades of diamonds are expressed either as a minimum or average, depending on the number of diamonds in the piece. If the grade is listed as a minimum, all diamonds in the piece will meet or exceed the stated quality. If expressed as an average, the overall quality of the diamonds will be equal to or higher than the stated grade.

Variance in Size and Color

Items on the Website may appear larger or smaller than their actual size due to screen resolution settings and photography variations.

Each product includes a description with its specific height and width, and a scale is provided to help you better understand the actual size of the piece of jewellery.

On Order / Customized Jewellery

At Devendra Jewellers, we take great pride in offering handcrafted, bespoke jewellery tailored to your specifications. Please note that as each piece is handmade, the final product may slightly differ from the image or design you share with us. Subtle variations in design, size, and finish are part of the unique nature of custom craftsmanship.

Advance Payment for Customized Jewellery

For all customized and made-to-order jewellery, a 15% advance payment is required to initiate the design and production process. The following refund policies apply to such orders:

For orders below ₹1,000,000, 40% of the advance amount is refundable.
For orders above ₹1,500,000, the advance payment is non-refundable due to the high labor costs and significant investment involved in the creation of these unique pieces.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with the digital CAD design and details before proceeding with the order and paying advance money, as we begin crafting your piece as soon as the advance payment is received.

Refund / Return Policy

Exchange:

85% of jewellery value, where gold will be valued at current market price.

Return:

80% of jewellery value, where gold will be valued at current market price.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below:

In-Stock Jewellery Orders:
For jewellery that is available in stock, you are eligible for a full refund if the order is cancelled before the item is shipped.

On-Order Jewellery (Made-to-Order / Customized):
For customized or made-to-order jewellery, cancellations will be handled as follows:

Orders below ₹1,000,000: 40% of the advance payment is refundable if the order is cancelled.
Orders above ₹1,500,000: The advance payment is non-refundable, as these pieces require significant labor and investment in creation.

Repair Policy

At Devendra Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. In the event that your jewellery requires repairs, we offer the following repair policy:

Repairs Within 2 Years
The first repair within 2 years of purchase is free of charge. This covers any manufacturing defects or issues related to craftsmanship.

Repairs After 2 Years
For repairs requested after the 2-year period, applicable charges will apply. The cost will depend on the nature of the repair and the materials involved. We will provide an estimate of the charges before proceeding with any repairs.

Please note that repairs caused by misuse, accidents, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur additional charges.

Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. By using the Website, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bikaner, India, for any legal actions or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use. No other courts shall have jurisdiction over such matters.
